Philanthropy and Sponsorship Manager

The Philanthropy & Sponsorship Manager is responsible for implementing and executing annual
revenue generating activities for The First Tee of Greater New Orleans. These activities include but are
not limited to implementing our annual giving program, soliciting sponsorships for a variety of special
events throughout the year, including GiveNOLA Day, The First Tee Golf Classic, The First Tee Ladies
Junior-Am and The First Tee National Tournament and researching and completing grant applications.

Executive Assistant

The primary responsibilities of the Executive Assistant involve the following: managing Accounts Payable and Receivable, bookkeeping (QuickBooks), database management of program registration through Salesforce, website management (WordPress), creating social media content (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), assisting parents with program registration over the phone and in person, assisting with marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers and parent communication newsletters (In Design), and providing Executive Director and program staff with administrative support. Work schedule is 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday.

The Life Skills Coach is responsible for guiding and coaching young people to become responsible future citizens and active golfers by positively impacting their lives through implementing The First Tee Golf and Life Skills Experience curriculum lesson plans and utilizing The First Tee Coach Building Blocks. Classes take place at golf courses across the region both afterschool (4:30pm-6:30pm) and on weekends. Day long summer camps are also scheduled during summer months (June, July, August).
